Being on holiday in the Czech Republic usually means I have much more time to run or do any other exercises, as Isabelle is being looked after by my parents 24/7. Unfortunatelly the first few days the weather was great, maybe too hot and I didn't go running, and then it started raining and it hasn't stopped till today. I know some of you don't mind running in the rain, I have to admit that when training for the marathon, I didn't think about the weather that much, but I just don't enjoy it so I haven't been running for ages. Luckily I took Isabelle swimming on Friday, and then managed to swim at least 20 lengths, but really have to start doing more. I feel like having no energy...tired and sleepy all the time. I know, I just have to stop thinking about it and do it. That's the way to go. And how about you? Do you do any exercises when on holiday?
