Fitness Tuesday - week 54!

 
Being on holiday in the Czech Republic usually means I have much more time to run or do any other exercises, as Isabelle is being looked after by my parents 24/7. Unfortunatelly the first few days the weather was great, maybe too hot and I didn't go running, and then it started raining and it hasn't stopped till today. I know some of you don't mind running in the rain, I have to admit that when training for the marathon, I didn't think about the weather that much, but I just don't enjoy it so I haven't been running for ages. Luckily I took Isabelle swimming on Friday, and then managed to swim at least 20 lengths, but really have to start doing more. I feel like having no energy...tired and sleepy all the time. I know, I just have to stop thinking about it and do it. That's the way to go. And how about you? Do you do any exercises when on holiday?

  1. Hola bella! how are you? I am so jealous of your vacation! I stopped working and the first thing I did was sign up for bootcamp so I have been going every day and getting my butt kicked. but it feels so good! How I missed exercise! What week are you back?? I have so much to tell you but I've been taking time off. Let's talk soon! xx
